Founded in 2003 by Alex Pearce and Adrian Doyle, Palady Homes builds high-spec, bespoke new homes for those unimpressed by the standardised nature of most new builds. See their developments.
With 40 years house-building experience between them, Alex and Adrian have acquired the skills and the know-how to ensure their homes meet the needs and aspirations of purchasers.
Palady Homes selects its small development sites with great care and seeks to involve purchasers in the design of their homes from as early a stage as possible.
Palady bespoke homes are built with modern day living in mind and can easily be adapted to meet the changing needs of families, couples and singles.
Palady Homes also provides a full range of development services, from new builds to refurbishments and extensions.
Alex and Adrian personally project manage developments, from land acquisition to after-sales services. By working closely with architects, planners, local authorities and other agencies they achieve swift responses and keep delays to a minimum.
